Kevin Goldstein,
DSI Medical Founder and CEO
Mr. Goldstein has over 35 years of experience in both the transcription and computer industries, with extensive expertise in both the business and technical aspects of the businesses. As an engineer, Mr. Goldstein has designed and developed both hardware and software for a variety of projects, including, among others, projects for the Department of Defense. He is an expert in many technical subjects and an accomplished technical writer who has written regular columns and numerous articles for a major electronics journal, as well as a weekly column and articles for widely recognized computer industry publications. More recently, he helped steer the successful development and growth of a startup into a world-class software company. Because of his deep technical background, Kevin is well prepared to quickly and smoothly handle new technologies and implementations in all medical records arenas. As the CEO of DSI Medical, Kevin takes an active role in all areas of DSI Medical operations, including oversight of contract coordination and administration.
Jane Bulbin,
DSI Medical Vice-President and Director of Transcription and Coding
Ms. Bulbin has over 25 years experience in the management of medical transcription and coding contracts, and has served as the Regional Manager of a major medical transcription company for over 15 years. She managed the entire medical transcription and coding contract for the National Institutes of Health for a period of 14 years, through multiple awards and several administrations. Simultaneously she was responsible for the management of the transcription contract for the National Naval Medical Center, as well as contracts for numerous other hospitals, including Orlando Regional Medical Center, Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital and the Orlando Heart Institute in Orlando, Florida; SSM DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri; North Broward Medical Center, and the transcription for the radiology departments at Inova Fairfax Hospital and the Washington Hospital Center, as well as others.
In addition to transcription and coding, Ms. Bulbin has expertise in the implementation and management of a broad range of medical records requirements, including records management, uploading procedures, protocol transcription functions and interfaces. She has supervised the installation of equipment and dictation systems of all kinds at clinical research centers, governmental and private hospitals, and surgery centers nationwide. She is also an expert trainer; to date she has trained over 5,000 physicians and transcriptionists in the use of dictation and transcription software and hardware.
